Clarifying Misinformation on TCPA

In a recent papers, Ross Anderson [8], Bill Arbaugh [10], and Lucky Green [12] criticize TCPA [1] and Palladium [3] claiming that they are a disaster for the consumer, serving only to enforce Digital Rights Management (DRM).
