The Internet Control of Experimental Boiler Based on OPC and Web

Based on the hardware and software equipments of the Rockwell Inc,combining with the development of ActiveX technology and OPC technology and Web technology,a design method of remoting monitor of experimental boiler was proposed in the paper.In the paper,both the structure of boiler remoting control system and function of each part of the systems and the remoting control experiment aimed to actual boiler experimental system were given: unit response of manual operation and PID control of self-motion.Not only the process of operation materially of the remoting experiment but also the results of the remoting experiment were given.Finally,it proves that the design is valid and effective.
