A seal is fixed on a banknote press connecting rod through a guide rail and a spring is installed on the guide rail to protect the seal mechanism during the sealing process. The clamping mechanism contains a front swing rod, a rear swing rod, a front banknote press support pillar and a rear banknote press support pillar. When the banknote blocking mechanism falls, the inclined block fixed on the tooth bar props the front swing rod and the rear swing rod open. The front and rear swing rods apply force on the banknote press support pillar when stretching, thus compressing banknotes tightly. The automatic seal device for the lifter can be used in banknote processing automation equipment or streamline and also can be separately used for automatic sealing of banknotes. In addition, as only one power supply is required in the utility model, equipment is simplified, cost is reduced, and efficiency is raised.
