Design and experimental study of laser cladding control system

The laser cladding technology has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, small heat affected zone, and is widely used in the manufacture of parts. In this paper, motion control card is the core of the laser cladding machine control. In the design environment of vc++6.0, the control interface and control program of the laser cladding machine is developed, in order to realize the accurate control of the motion trajectory and motion parameters of the working table. The test results show that the control precision of the laser cladding machine is 0.01mm, and the relative error of the cladding samples is 0.88%, which can be used for the repair of mechanical parts.
