Apparatus of supplying heated line with direct current

PURPOSE: A power supply system of a DC(Direct Current) heat line is provided to solve generation of electromagnetic waves and noise and heating problem fundamentally, by supplying a DC power supply to a DC heating element. CONSTITUTION: According to a heater power supply part, a first power supply part is applied with an AC power source from the external. A first EMI/C filter removes noise of the power supply. A first bridge rectifier outputs a DC power source by receiving the filtered AC power source. A PFC(Power Factor Correction) corrects power factor of the outputted DC power source. A half-bridge resonant converter controller reduces switching loss by comprising an LC resonant circuit. A first DC rectifier rectifies the DC power source whose power factor is corrected by the PFC. A first output sensor is connected to the DC rectifier, and outputs an output voltage and an output current with a reference. According to an auxiliary power supply part, a second power supply part receives the AC power source from the outside. A second EMI/C filter removes noise of the power source. A PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)-IC is connected to the EMI/C filter and controls a current according to duty ratio of the pulse. A second DC rectifier rectifies the inputted DC power source. A controller power source applying part applies a power source to the controller as comparing the output voltage and the output current with a reference. A second output sensor senses a voltage of the AC power source filtered through the EMI/C filter. A VLF(Very Low Frequency) coil receives the outputted AC power source. A controller monitors the output of the second output sensor, and controls supply or blocking of the power source and controls the output voltage, by controlling the half bridge resonant converter controller. A DC heater comprises a DC film heater heating by receiving the DC power source rectified through the first DC rectifier.
