Design and Simulation Research on Hydraulic System of Autoclaved Fly Ash Brick Molding Machine

A method was proposed using the upper and lower hydro-cylinder applying pressure to the brick at the same time for the pressing part of the molding machine according to technics requirement of the fly ash autoclaved brick.The hydraulic control system of dual-pump and double-circuit was designed based on stressed analysis of structure of the lower hydro-cylinder.A simulation model for the system was setup based on AMESim,and dynamic characteristic of the lower hydro-cylinder was analyzed.The results show that the system can meet the requirements.It provides basis for the system design and parameters optimization of practical hydraulic system.
