System for automation management service of visitor and method for thereof

PURPOSE: A system and method of automatically managing a visitor is provided to enable a registered user to freely enter and leave an admitted region without a companion by using a marked calling card or a data-processed card/equipment. CONSTITUTION: An inner computer(20) receives data of a predetermined form for visitor reservation and outputs data for visitor reservation to a central computer(30) according to the data of the predetermined form. The central computer(30) outputs the data of the predetermined form to the inner computer(20) according to a request of the inner computer(20), and stores data input from the inner computer(20) to process the visitor reservation of a specific outsider. The central computer(30) compares visitor calling card data uploaded from a visitor registration mean(50) with visitor reservation data stored in a visitor database(40). The central computer(30) generates a visit code for entrance registration of a corresponding visitor and outputs a print control signal for printing the visit code to the visitor calling card to the visitor registration mean(50). The visitor registration mean(50) scans the calling card of the visitor and converts the scan data into digital data. The visitor registration mean(50) uploads the converted data to the central computer(30) via a communication network(10). The visitor registration mean(50) prints the visit code at the calling card when the visit code and the print control signal are downloaded.
