Advanced software system for optimization of Car parking services in urban area

This paper proposes an advanced software application for parking services. It's aim is to offer a modern solution for car drivers in order to reserve in advance and to find the optimum solution for a parking place near the destination. A real time communication system and original algorithms are implemented. The proposed software application eliminates the time spent for finding a parking space, reduces the traffic level and driving stress and last but not least reduces the level of pollutants that vehicles throw into the atmosphere. Instructions give you basic guidelines for preparing camera-ready papers for conference proceedings.
