다물체 동역학을 이용한 압연기 동력전달시스템 분석

In order to investigate the power transfer mechanism and to predict the strength of components, a multi-body dynamics simulation model including flexible body is developed in this study. Simulation with various working conditions are performed for evaluating the force concentrated parts and stregth. As the results, spindle component is the weakest part in rolling system, and it shows good agreement with experience in field. Working condition effects are investigated with developed simulation model, the dominent condition is rolling force but other geometric condition change shows less meaningful result.
