The monitoring method comprises the following steps that: the sensor module acquires information on the position and the working condition of a monitored object and converts the information into data information; the data information is transmitted to the local monitoring center server through a ZigBee wireless communication network; and the local monitoring center server generates a control command to the monitored object and transmits back the control command through the ZigBee wireless communication network, and the control command is applied to the monitored object by the actuator module.
