Progress in Systems Economics:1988-2010

Systems economics is a new research under the basis of system time accordingly.In this paper,we briefly recall the main progress in systems economics from 1988 through 2010.It includeds :(a)The content and meaning of syetems time;(b)The philosophical framework of systems economics;(c)The mathematical models of systems economics;(d)some research specials,such as topological models of institutions,resource-niche theory and system strategies etc.At last,we give some research perspectives of systems economics.
