Wavelet Envelope Spectrum Analysis on Acoustic Emission Signals of Rolling Bearing Fault

The high-frequency characteristic of acoustic emission signal is used to collect the information of rolling bearing fault.The signal is analyzed in different frequency bands separated by the wavelet analysis.The separated signal can be reconstructed to eliminate signal noise,and wavelet envelope spectrum method is adopted to detect fault information.The result prove that wavelet envelope spectrum method is able to detect rolling bearing fault efficiently,and it is a valid methods of incipient failure detection.
