The invention provides an intelligent four-rotor aircraft reconnoitering system based on image recognition and tracking. A microprocessor I serves as a central processor; the microprocessor I mounted in the body of a four-rotor aircraft collects image information by use of an image sensor and sends out the collected image data by use of a wireless transmission module, a microprocessor II mounted in a hand-held terminal receives the image information via a wireless transmission module and displays the received information on a liquid crystal display screen, and meanwhile, a controller II mounted in the hand-held terminal senses the direction of motion of the four-rotor aircraft by virtue of gravity and by use of a three-dimensional acceleration inclination angle sensor and the wireless transmission module, and a controller I receives the control instruction of the hand-held terminal by use of the wireless transmission module and controls the direction of the four-rotor aircraft. The intelligent four-rotor aircraft reconnoitering system based on image recognition and tracking is capable of realizing image acquisition, transmission, processing and control on places where a person cannot reach easily, and consequently, the monitoring information is clear.
