트램 차량 독립 차륜의 답면 마모 시뮬레이션

Tram vehicle running on streets utilizes IRWs (independently rotating wheels) for comfort of passengers. The tram is frequently exposed to small curves and running and stop because the route has many curves and the distances between stations are short in general. Therefore wear wheel of tram proceeds quickly compared to conventional train. So wheel wear estimation is necessary for trams. In this paper dynamic simulation of the tram was implemented with a track in service operation. Then wheel wear analysis was done based on Archard’s wear rule with the results of dynamic simulation and the worn wheel profile was built from estimated wear amount. Through repeated the process the progress of wheel wear and estimated life time of wheel were analyzed.
