The application of three-dimensional earthwork mat planting grass in slope protection engineering

In this paper the technology of weak expansive soil excavated slope protection using three dimensional earthwork mat planting grass are introduced in detail in the DK326+000-DK333+900 section of railway xian Nanjing. The characteristics, performance, technical parameter, action and choice of mat and construction method of three dimensional earthwork mat are elaborated and the application scope and matters need attention in construction are pointed out. This technology brings valuable experience and reference value for slope protection in this kind of geology condition.
