2nd Amendment: The Right to Keep & Bear Arms -- Teaching D.C. v. Heller

The D.C. v. Heller case is an incredible vehicle to teach about the United States Constitution. The case revolves around the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms and shines a spotlight on Originalism as a theory of Constitutional interpretation.
