Successfully implementing e-government: fundamental issues and a case study in the USA

This paper examines some of the fundamental issues pertaining to the implementation of e-governments and provides some insights concerning a successful implementation. A case study of e-government implementation in the USA is conducted to illustrate the importance of these fundamental issues. Lessons to be learnt from the US experience are discussed to provide insights for others who aspire to cultivate the potential of e-governments.
