The invention discloses a distance measurement-communication integrated inter-satellite link wireless signal structure, wherein the signal structure is divided into three time frames of leading, signal and guard band in a measurement communication time slot; the leading time frame is a BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying) modulation mode and only a ranging channel exits in the leading time frame; the signal time frame is a UQPSK modulation mode and the ranging channel and a communication channel are included in the signal time frame, the ranging channel and the communication channel are used for carrying out short code spectrum spreading with orthogonal spreading codes, and the channel power of the ranging channel and that of the communication channel are proportioned according to link budget; the guard band time frame is not smaller than the maximum distance transmission time delay between all satellite nodes. The distance measurement-communication integrated inter-satellite link wireless signal structure is capable of completing precision ranging and communication by establishing a two-way link at the satellite receiving and transmitting ends, and the ranging channel can be used simultaneously as a synchronization and control channel of the communication channel.
