Heart rate variability system based on microcomputer IBM PC/XT

The analysis of heart rate variability is discussed in relation to examination of patients under mental stress. This is an objective method, because it does not require any feedback or communications with the patients. Therefore, it does not cause the additional stress resulting from the examination itself. Such systems have potential applications in industrial medicine tests.<<ETX>>
