A Simple Rapid Method for Determining Theophylline in Serum by HPLC

A method for the determination of theophylline in serum using a simple extraction procedure is described. The method is linear to 300 μmol/1, within-batch and between-batch precisions are acceptable, and good recovery of added theophylline is obtained.
