Analysis on Characteristics and Development of TD-SCDMA System

This paper introduces the characteristics and predominance of TD-SCDMA system,and expounds the key technology applied in TD-SCDMA,such as joint detection,smart antenna,dynamic channel allocation,uplink synchronization,relay handover,etc.Development of the core technology in standard evolution,like HSDPA,HSUPA,is also discussed.This article also analyzes the intending development of TD-SCDMA technology.Finally this paper discusses the coexistence and interference between TD-SCDMA and WCDMA system,reviews the feats that TD-SCDMA has achieved,and expresses the expectation of future TD-SCDMA industry.
