Following the new technological trends, it is time to start a stage of semantic-based cont extdependent multidimensional resource visualization a nd semantic metadata based browsing across resource . With a growing ubiquity of digital media content, w hose management requires suitable annotation and systems able to use that annotation, the ability to combine continuous media data with its own multime dia specific content description into the one source br ings the idea of a true multimedia semantic web one step closer. Thus, 4I (FOR EYE) technology (Khriyenko, 2 007) is a perfect basis for elaboration of intellig nt semantically enhanced and context-aware across mult imedia content browsing.
