STOCHASTIC PROGRAMMING MODELS FOR AIR QUALITY CONTROL

大気汚染制御に関する意思決定問題において, 線形計画法並びに同計画法の係数が確率変数である場合を扱う確率計画法がしばしば応用されてきた. 本研究では, 北米大陸において重要性が認識されて久しい酸性雨問題において, 総SO2排出削減量を設定した際, 環境指標の向上を目的関数に持つ種々の確率計画モデルを提案し, これらモデルの特性比較を行うことにより, SO2排出削減戦術の意思決定問題に最も適した確率計画モデルを探ることを試みた.
