Method and apparatus for transmission and reception in multi-carrier wireless communication systems

PURPOSE: A communication method in a multi-carrier wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to only interpret a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel) originated from a common search space as transmission, thereby solving ambiguity in DCI(Downlink Control Information) detection. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(400) monitors a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel) search space(420). A PDCCH transmits uplink grant information and downlink allocation information which is DCI(Downlink Control Information). The terminal is comprised in order to monitor CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) scrambled PDCCH candidates by a C-RNTI(Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier) and etc. within user equipment specific search space and CSS(Common Search Space). A base station(410) transmits a physical downlink common channel to the terminal through a plurality of downlink component carriers(430). The terminal transmits a physical uplink common channel to the terminal through a plurality of uplink component carriers(440).
