Forming parameters optimization of knuckle based on Deform

By using the Dongfeng light truck knuckle as studying object,the forging forming process of this knuckle is analyzed.Using Pro / E software to establish the knuckle blank model and mold model,the closed-end forging process of the knuckle is simulated in Deform.By changing the parameters of mold such as the circle radius between the head and the link part and the pattern draft in the head,the process of forging force,strain and temperature distributed laws are compared under different parameters,the optimizing die parameters are selected: the proper die radius is about 10 mm,die vegularity is about 5°.
