The matching experiment study on injector and injection pump of CA4D32—12 diesel engine was carried out.Some emission and performance tests were done with using different orifice diameters,different angles between spray orifices and injection pumps which had different structural parameters.The influence of these factors on emission and performance were analyzed.Finally,the optimized scheme of injector and injection pump was acquired.The test results indicate that the optimized matching can improve emission performance of the CA4D32—12 diesel engine and fuel economy,that is to say,the lowest fuel consumption rate at full load is 209 g/(kW·h) when the emission meets EuroⅡemission legislation.
