New possibilities are analyzed for Competitive and Organizational Intelligence under Web 2.0. The underlying theoretical approach is based on Information Science, Information and Knowledge Management, Competitive Intelligence and related disciplines, in an integrated manner. The thesis that is defended in this essay considers that the basic elements that constitute what is understood by competitive and organizational intelligence 2.0 are the adequate use of collective intelligence accessible at the Web 2.0 in order to create and share knowledge; associated with the emerging concepts of the corporate world such as sustainability.
