A Study on Fault Diagnosis and Treatment Technology of Strap-down Inertial System

To improve the reliability of strap down inertial system, the technologies of breakdown diagnosis and treatment are studied in this paper. It is forward that the functions of fault tolerant technology for the system should include detection, identification and isolation for trouble, and system reconstruction. The direct comparison measurement and parity vector method are introduced. It is pointed that various sorts of fault tolerant technologies should be used comprehensively in order to improve the reliability obviously in the practice of strap down inertial system engineering.
