Modeling for measuring productive efficiency of companies in the household cleaning sector

The gradual development of management information s ystems regarding the organizations through measuring their performance m akes it possible to obtain a more accurate reflection about the reality found in rela tion to the environment in which it is inserted, especially regarding the companies belong ing to the secondary sector.
