This paper applies UWB technol aspect for the transmission of energy rather achieve a novel wireless impulsive powerin enhance the power conversion efficiency (PCE input power. The whole impulsive wireless po and receiving systems are implemented to valid of the wireless power transmission (WPT) using and the improvement of the conversion efficien circuitry. Experimental results prove that this t suitable for low input power transmission w biomedical applications. In order to deliver efficiently, a horn antenna with high directivity broad bandwidth acts as the transmit antenn power generated by the impulse generator is UWB power amplifier and then delivered th antenna. And the received impulsive power is voltage-doubler rectifier composed of Schottk direct current (dc) power to supply the chips batteries. In this paper, the UWB impulsive wire systems have been proved to achieve 50% p efficiency (PCE) even when the input power lower than 0 dBm. Due to the fact that low tra has relatively little impacts and causes relativel human bodies, it is one of the essential key biomedical implant chips and devices..
