Adaptive MPSK Sub-Carriers Modulation for OFDM System over Fading Channel

An adaptive modulation algorithm,minimizing the average BER(bit error rate)while maintaining constant power and throughput in OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing)system,exploiting the instant prediction estimation channel states information was proposed.According to the simulated results the proposed algorithm could work successfully as well as the optimal bits loading algorithm,while complexity is much lower than the latter,and it is about 5?dB superior to the fixed bits loading algorithm at 10~(-1) BER under fading channel.
