The invention discloses a universal testing interface, which is characterized in that the universal testing interface comprises an interface testing device, hardware, a plurality of functional interfaces and upper computer analyzing software, wherein the interface testing device is applied in a universal secondary device in a digital substation; the hardware comprises a GOOSE module CPU plate, a sampling value module CPU plate and a sampling treatment FPGA plate, which are connected through a backplane bus; a plurality of functional interfaces comprise a conventional electric quantity interface, 9-1, 9-2, FT3 and GOOS communication interfaces, an Ethernet interface, a GPS electric pulse timing interface and an optical synchronization interface; the upper computer analyzing software is matched with the device; upper computer debugging software comprises 9-1, 9-2, FT3 and GOOS testing modules, sampling value input monitoring, message analysis and state sequence testing modules. The invention has the advantages that the universal testing interface can be used for testing, maintenance and field debugging of secondary devices with digital interfaces such as a protection testing device, a merging unit, an intelligent unit and the like in the digital substation; and the universal testing interface can be flexibly and rapidly configured, and improve the field engineering debugging rate of the digital substation.
