Intelligent educational systems, support for an education cluster

To improve the quality and performance of higher education is essential an effective correlation between all parties of the educational system. This can be done through an educational cluster. This paper stresses the need to implement a smart system for higher education. Intelligent educational systems will be a real support for an education cluster, and this will help the development of partnerships between universities and businesses in industry, agriculture, construction, transport, communications, and computer science.
