An electronic sound source exchanger(150) exchanges the electronic sound source for exchanging between the exchange requestors based on the checked exchanged electronic sound source and exchange requestor information. A payment processor(140) processes a fee paid for electronic sound source exchange. An electronic sound source processor processes the electronic sound source and/or DRM(Digital Rights Management) according to a player of the requestor.
