&dquo;Jumper’s knee&dquo; is a common problem among basketball players. It is an inflammation of the patellar tendon at its origin from the inferior pole of the patella or occasionally at the quadriceps tendon insertion on the superior pole of the patella. Blazina et al.’ described the clinical and roentgenographic findings. The athlete has pain over the superior and inferior poles of the patella which is aggravated by running
