The elastic-plastic fiber model has been used to simulate beam and column.Dynamic integral was carried out from material stress-strain constitutive relation.Frame rigidity and restoring forces properties were obtained directly.Computational methodology suitable for the fiber model and uniaxial stress-strain relation of reinforcement and concrete are presented.FEM software of ABAQUS was used to calculate the pseudo dynamic cyclic loads on concrete cantilever column and frame,and comparative analysis with test results was done.
