Method, equipment and system for simulation acceleration based on circuit fine tuning

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method, equipment and a system for simulation acceleration based on circuit fine tuning. The method includes: determining a simulation change portion according to position information of direct-current paths at fine tuning positions in a circuit to be simulated and the dependence relation among the direct-current paths; calling circuit simulation result data before simulation and setting up a circuit simulation network list of the simulation change portion; and performing circuit simulation according to instructions of the circuit simulation network list of the simulation change portion to obtain circuit simulated results of the simulation change portion after fine tuning. The simulation change portion affected by fine tuning is extracted by analyzing positions and structures of the direct-current paths in the circuit to be simulated and the dependence relation among the direct-current paths, the circuit simulation result data before simulation are reused to set up the circuit simulation network list of the simulation change portion for circuit simulation, and simulation of the fine-tuned circuit to be simulated can be accelerated effectively.
