차세대 전동차 DDM 유지보수방안 연구

Electric motor car's driving traction system for the latest train car has been developed from the DC series motor by resistance control and chopper control to the induction motor whose efficiency and maintenance are excellent by VVVF inverter control. In spite of this innovative development, as it is hard to expect more improvement than the existing system when it enters into technical maturity, Direct Drive Motor whose high maintenance free, efficiency, energy saving, low-noise and lightweight can be realized. This study examines and analyzes the maintenance system of existing electric motor car's traction motor operated by urban railway operation institutes and derives efficient maintenance methods through examining and analyzing the problems which can occur when applying maintenance method of next generation train's Direct Drive Motor.
