Robust Frequency Control of Power Systems Under Time-varying Loads

In this paper, the load frequency control of multi-region power systems is studied. We propose a robust controller based on the frequency deviation between different regions. Using the non-smooth theory, we analyze the conditions for the feedback parameters of the proposed controller. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the proposed controller is evaluated on a four-region power system.
