AHP-Fuzzy Stability Assessment for Embankment of Foundation on Slope

The embankment of foundation on slope project is an open and complicated "fuzzy system",there are a lot of influencing factors.The existing design methods cannot fully and actually reflect the stability of embankment project.This paper establishes a class 2 comprehensive assessment system for AHP-Fuzzy stability of the embankment on slope by using AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive assessing method to consider randomicity,fuzziness and nondeterminacy of factors influencing the project stability.In the paper,the combination between marking by experts and AHP method is adopted to determine the weights of various factors and assess the actual project.The maximal membership grade rule is applied for determining the results of assessing the stability of embankment.The results show that the method is highly reliable and accurate for discrimination,providing the basis for optimal design and stability protection of the embankment.
