The invention discloses an intelligent voice recognition disabled helping wheelchair system which comprises a mechanical portion 1 and a circuit control portion. A wheelchair can be in two control modes including a voice control mode (1) and a manual control mode (2). The intelligent voice recognition disabled helping wheelchair system has a straight walking function (1), a reversing function (2), a left turning function (3) and a right turning function (4). Tilting of a wheelchair can be prevented by a tilting prevention device 18 when the wheelchair runs on road surfaces with certain gradient. A patient can wear a Bluetooth Mic (microphone) (A3) of a voice control system on the head, so that signals can be directly received and can be transmitted to a Bluetooth receiver (A4). The voice signals can be transmitted to a voice recognition chip LD3320 by the Bluetooth receiver. The intelligent voice recognition disabled helping wheelchair system has the advantage that a running state of the wheelchair system can be precisely controlled by the aid of voice commands.
