Signes neurologiques: epilepsie et arrieration mentale. La tomodensitometrie montre du cote droit: hypertelorisme, epaississement de l'orbite, calcification posterieure du globe oculaire et du nerf optique, dilatation du ventricule lateral, proeminence des noyaux gris centraux
