The Application of BOT Mode to College Infrastructure Construction

In recent years,the international BOT as a kind of popular infrastructure construction and project management mode of financing,is the utilization of foreign capital and private capital construction of infrastructure and future potential new investment and financing mode in the infrastructure construction in a wide range of applications,and achieves good effect and benefit.According to the concept and characteristics of BOT and specific forms,and the infrastructure construction of fund "bottleneck" problems in universities,the infrastructure construction and operation procedures of BOT mode are probed,then the risks are analyzed.
