A rail-to-rail constant-g/sub m/ low-voltage CMOS operational transconductance amplifier

A new operational transconductance amplifier working with supply voltages down to 1.3 V has been realized in a standard 0.7-/spl mu/m CMOS technology. A constant transconductance (within 6% of maximum variation) is ensured for the whole common-mode input range. The input transistors operate in weak inversion. The class AB output stage also has a full voltage swing. The circuit provides a 1.3-MHz gain bandwidth for a power consumption of 460 /spl mu/W (C/sub load/=15 pF) at a 1.5-V supply voltage.
