압력구배의 영향을 고려한 평판 막냉각 홀 배열 최적화

In this study, film cooling hole array optimization to improve the film cooling effectiveness on the flat plate considering the existence of main stream pressure gradient was performed. There are 4 film cooling holes and spanwise/streamwise hole distances between these holes are considered as design variables. For optimization, optimization technique using surrogate model is used. Kriging model was used as a surrogate model and genetic algorithm was used to search the optimum point. For the case without pressure gradient, blowing ratios of M=0.5, 1.0, 1.5 are selected and for the case with pressure gradient, blowing ratio of each hole was set to be between 0.5 to 1.5. As a result, optimized film cooling hole arrays with and without pressure gradient for improved film cooling effectiveness were obtained.
