Effects of pressure on the Raman spectra of a 4:1 methanol–ethanol mixture

Raman spectra of a 4 : 1 methanol–ethanol mixture were obtained in the pressure range 1 bar-60 kbar. The evolution of the bands with pressure is discussed qualitatively. Frequency and line-width pressure coefficients are given.
