In the case of Customized Design project in Korea, inefficient works are being made because of owner's various requirements, and inorganic union where project participants, level, and process. Especially, problems are follows. First, it is hard to share information when existing delivery method was used. Second, there is not a clear organization of change of design so an uncertainty of responsiblility and work-delay has arisen. This study is to analysis problem of Customized Design in part of organization and change of design, and to suggest that organization project team through an implement of IPD, roles and rights, and relationship of participants.
