디블럭킹 필터의 효과적인 외부메모리 엑세스 방법

In this paper, we propose an external memory access method in the deblocking filter. In the proposed architecture, we reduce memory access using the Boundary Strength(BS) value when it access upperblock in external memory. The amount of external memory access is reduced into 1/2 half of the conventional approach by using this architecture. Using the TSMC 0.13um technology at 200㎒ clock, the synthesis result shows that the proposed architecture has almost 15,000gate size.
