The Application of DCS Control System in Sewage Treatment at Pharmaceutical Factory

According to the technological requirements of sewage treatment for pharmaceutical factories, it is to adopt anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic biochemistry treatment method. The electrical control system is to adopt DCS control system with industrial control machine to display technological flow processes, control and alarm signals etc as upper level machines and PLC controls as lower level machines, and control instrument as site control units. The system solves the difficult problem in the pharmaceutical factories as the equipment are widely dispersed, and it greatly raises the automation level for sewage treatment.
