Target detecting method of radar system

The present invention inspects the existence of a clutter by each distance section for a detection signal reflected on a target after separating total detection distance in which beam is steered into multiple distance sections and performs blanking process of the distance section having the clutter and dramatically reduces a detection error rate by the clutter and effectively solves an assignment problem of a memory space. The present invention maximizes a target detection performance by converting a basic detection wave form (LFM) into a PT wave form having an excellent clutter eliminating performance and performs target detection if the clutter generation rate by the distance section is over a predetermined range. Therefore, a target detection method of a radar system according to the present invention has the characteristic of a clutter map technique and uses a small memory space and reduces a detection error and performs the target detection in real time.
